Meeting Mart is the ideal tradeshow for anybody to attend who has a job function that includes organising events of any type.

For Corporate Visitors
Executives within companies who are involved in organising and planning a range of events that could include: incentives, meetings, conferences, exhibitions, dinners, lunches and for those staff who book accommodation for staff.

For Event Agencies
This includes event management companies, travel agencies, incentive houses, conference organisers, sales and promotion agencies, marketing, PR and advertising agencies.

For Associations
Executive Directors, administration managers and coordinators and dedicated internal event managers who plan and organise events and meetings for their members.

For Government Departments
Victorian Government staff who have a job role to plan and organise government meetings and conferences.
Event Information
Do I have to pay for anything?
All events at Meeting Mart 2010 are complimentary for buyers to attend. A buyer is a person who books meeting and event space or contracts events industry suppliers on behalf of their company or employer.
If you are not a buyer and still wish to attend, you still can. The cost to attend the Hosted Breakfast event is $65.00 and the Hosted Lunch event $120.00. You can purchase tickets when registering via the online registration form.

You will get a scrumptious plated hot breakfast from the talented team in the Crown kitchens!
It’s going to be lots of fun and if you are a buyer, you should definitely select a breakfast ticket when registering.
ICMI Speakers & Entertainers will have speakers on stage. More entertaining and fun things will be included. We will let you know what we come up with soon!
The lunch event looks great. Tell me more?
It's going to be a bit different this year! We have shaken up the lunch program. The new schedule will include pre lunch drinks around the tradeshow with entertainment and very tempting tasting treats designed especially for the event by Crown's kitchen brigade.
Main course will be a plated affair over non-stop stage acts managed and provided courtesy of Music Theatre Australia - the showcase will be a highlight event showcasing the best entertainment available to event planners.
We will move back through to the exhibition so buyers can connect with exhibitors over desserts and drinks.

Parking
Complimentary parking has been arranged in the multi level car park.
The car park can be accessed via Kings Way, Whiteman St, Clarke St and Southbank Boulevard.
- 1. Take a parking ticket from the machine as you enter the multi level car park
- 2. Collect a complimentary ‘follow on’ ticket from the main registration desk at Meeting Mart.
- 3. Insert the original parking ticket into the machine as you exit the car park; followed by the complimentary ‘follow on’ ticket
- 4. The boom gate will then rise for you to exit
- 5. There is no need to visit a Pay Station
