What are my exhibiting options?

  • Standard Exhibition Package Cost: $2,950.00 + GST

    A standard booth package includes a fully constructed exhibition stand with fascia signboard, power and spotlights. Each exhibitor will also be contacted directly by Conference Works inviting them to host a table of buyers at either the buyer seated breakfast event or hosted lunch event.

    • Size: 3 x 2 meters
    • Fascia sign board
    • Three sided panelling with material lining
    • One power outlet
    • Lighting
    • Passes to final drinks held around the tradeshow.

  • Dedicated Regional Victoria Area Cost: $1,900 GST inclusive

    Meeting Mart 2010 will include floorspace dedicated to regional Victorian suppliers. The space will be set-up as per the show floorplan and will include opportnities for exhibitors to show off regional product in an exclusive area.

    We want to give everybody the opportunity to exhibit; The Kick Start Package is designed for smaller companies or start-ups with a limited budget.
