The information on this page is designed to assist Exhibitors in the ledwad up to Meeting Mart 2011.

Accommodation

The Sebel Albert Park Hotel has provided a special industry rate for exhibitors wishing to stay onsite. Please follow the booking link to access the details.

EXHIBITOR MOVE IN / MOVE OUT

Move In: Starts at 09.00hrs on Monday 14th November 2011 and access closes at 18.00hrs. Access is available from 7am Tuesday 15th November and all exhibitors must be setup by 9:00am. Sebel Albert Park Hotel, Melbourne and Event staff will be available to assist with the move in from their loading bay.

The show will open at 9.30am.

Move Out: Starts at 17.00pm on Tuesday 15th November 2011. All goods must be removed on the day of the show and the Sebel is to be vacated by 20.00.

SATCHEL INSERTS

If you have pre approved satchel inserts please ensure 750 of your agreed inserts are delivered directly to the Sebel Albert Park Hotel on 13 November 2011 prior to 4.00pm.PLEASE CLEARLY MARK ALL BOXES SATCHEL INSERTS. If you have any queries as to what is allowed to be included in the buyer bags please contact Richard Dinnage at Conference Works on 9870 2611 or 0433 148 876.

EXHIBITOR CATERING

Your exhibition booth includes the evening drinks in the expo for three staff. The Sebel Albert Park Hotel has a Coffee Shop located in the main lobby. Exhibitors can purchase a selection of food and beverage from this outlet.

FASCIA SIGN BOARD

The fascia Sign Board form will be sent to you by Angie Beach from Moreton Hire.

For exhibitors with corner booths, please note that only one printed fascia board is supplied. Should you require another one, please indicate it on your form; additional charges will apply.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

Exhibitors may deliver exhibition stock to Sebel Albert Park Hotel Hotel from 10 November 2011. ALL boxes must be clearly labelled with delivery instructions using the Sebel Albert Park Hotel, Melbourne Deliver Docket

TESTING AND TAGGING

TestiAustralian Standard AS/NZ 3760:2001

If you bring electrical equipment onto the Sebel Albert Park Hotel, Melbourne premises, it is a requirement by law that all electrical equipment, (including leads and power boards), are to be tested and tagged as outlined in Australian standard AS/NZ 3760:2001.

All organizers/exhibitors/performers must have their electrical equipment tested and tagged prior to working onsite at Meeting Mart 2011.

It is essential that you use the Sebel Albert Park Hotel Pre Delivery Labels included in this kit on each box/item that is dropped off.

You are not able to leave your vehicle in the loading bay.

EXHIBITOR CAR PARKING

Please park in the car park opposite the Convention Centre entrance on Lorne Street. This will allow maximum numbers of buyers to easily park under the Sebel Albert Park Hotel, Melbourne.

Organisers of Meeting Mart 2011 have purchased car parking bays under the Sebel Albert Park for MICE industry buyers attending the tradeshow.

STORAGE

The venue is unable to hold exhibitor stock after the exhibition. Please arrange stock to be taken offsite at the conclusion of the exhibition on Tuesday 15th November. Any items not collected within a 48 hour period will be disposed of.

TROLLEYS

We are unable to guarantee the use of any Sebel Albert Park Hotel trolleys to exhibitors. It is advisable to provide your own during bump in and bump out to avoid disappointment.
